Getting frisked with the metal detector at a Thai airport.	Visited with Glennford (my brother) and Denise in Vancouver. My flight was Air Canada: Ottawa-Vancouver-Tokyo. All Nippon Airways: Tokyo-Bangkok.	Long-tail boats along the Chao Praya River, Bangkok.
Chinese-type architecture along the Chao Praya.	Temples are called Wats. This is Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn).	Stupa at Wat Phra Kaeo. The Royal Chapel, Wat Phra Kaeo, which is in the same compound, houses the Emerald Buddha, the most sacred Buddha image in Thailand. Photography is forbidden inside the building housing the Emerald Buddha.
